• Service charge and breakfast are included in room price.
• Complimentary breakfast is based on the number of the guest(s).
• For your safety, plese have at least one person as company when taking hot spring.
• Extra bed is not allowed when booking with a special price.
• Extra person will be charged NT $800 ($400 for 6-12 years old) per room.
• Extra bed will be charged NT $1100 (breakfast, amenities and toiletries included).
• Check-in time: after 3 pm / check-out time: before 11 am.
• Personal ID or driver's licenses is required at check-in.
• One free parking for each room.
• No pets

Cancellation rules

• Cancellation and Room Change Policy:
• Cancellation made on the arrival date will incur a 100% charge from prepaid amount.
• Cancellation made 1 day prior to the date of arrival will incur an 80% charge from prepaid amount.
• Cancellation made 2 to 3 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 70% charge from prepaid amount.
• Cancellation made 4 to 6 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 60% charge from prepaid amount.
• Cancellation made 7 to 9 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge from prepaid amount.
• Cancellation made 10 to 13 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 30% charge from prepaid amount.
• Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to the date of arrival will be free of charge.
• If the room is labeled as limited offer or similar, the cancellation policies can vary in different packages. The hotel has the right to change the policies based on different packages, please contact with our staff to confirm before booking.
